Our telehealth consultations are provided by licensed clinicians in the states where they are authorized to practice. Telehealth is not appropriate for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a life-threatening condition, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Health Recover Guide is not a substitute for emergency care.
Content on our website (articles, blogs, calculators) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Only licensed providers on a live consultation can provide diagnosis or treatment recommendations tailored to you.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our licensed providers. Not every condition qualifies for telehealth-prescribed medication. Controlled substances are prescribed in compliance with DEA and Ryan Haight Act regulations, including any required in-person evaluation.
Lab tests are performed by CLIA-certified partner laboratories. Pharmacy fulfillment is handled by licensed U.S. pharmacies. Health Recover Guide is not liable for delays or errors caused by third-party vendors, but we will assist in resolution.
